You don’t have to do yoga everyday, meditate for hours, go to endless workshops, take a sabbatical, or quit your job to churn butter barefoot in the woods to end the exhaustion and be fully present in all areas of your life.

The first time I applied The Serene Success System in June 2019, I reduced my working hours by 20%, dropped 50+ pounds, eliminated my migraines, reconnected with my husband, was present with my kids, and felt more alive than at any other point in my life.

In the whirlwind of life, I hit a wall – hard. I was stuck in the thick, suffocating fog of burnout. It wasn’t just about work, although that was a big part of it. It was more than that; it was a multi-faceted burnout, a combination of career burnout, parenting exhaustion, and health fatigue.

The second pregnancy left me so injured that I was in pain 24 hours a day and wasn’t allowed to work out for over a year and a half. The doctor said, “Don’t spend too much time on your feet…not even to wash the dishes.”

I hated getting dressed, so I wrapped myself in layers of gray, shapeless maternity clothes.

Desperate for enough energy to make it through the day, I prioritized ending my burnout.

I’ve worked with therapists, health coaches, life coaches, nutritionists, doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, and I have read hundreds of books in my pursuit of health, energy, and joy.

After six years of research and effort, I created a system, The Serene Success System, to increase my energy levels, radically change my mindset, and regain my passion for my purpose and love for my life.

At 40+, I am more energized, and happier than I was in my 20s or 30s.

I wake up full of energy on a typical day without an alarm.

I dress confidently in my favorite jeans and feel good about my appearance.

I hop on the stationary bike for a gentle ride or go for a nature walk. I start the workday filled with hope and joy. I have enough energy throughout my workday and am emotionally and physically present with my family in the evenings.

I can keep up with my two very energetic children and manage my career and household without ever feeling that midday crash. Dinner is a no-brainer that takes less than thirty minutes to get on the table. After dinner, I enjoy dessert with my family – every day.

I no longer struggle with burnout, feel fatigued, or have migraines, or struggle to get out of bed.

The brain fog and exhaustion are long gone, along with the extra 50 lbs. I had been carrying.

I made two specific improvements by implementing the strategy in this book:

Every aspect of my life has improved, including my career, marriage, joy in parenting, friendships, ability to have hobbies, etc. Every part of my life has benefited due to the increased health, energy, and focus I now have.
