How Our Referral Rewards Program Works

If you make a connection that we close as a client, we will:

• Give you a cash reward (details below)
• Donate $100 in your name to 1 of 4 charities we support you get to choose which one
• And make an additional $100 donation in the name of your referral (they get to choose which one they’d like to support)

How We Define “Connection” And “Successful Referral”

Connection

To introduce your referral in a way that we can give you credit, you’ll need to introduce our Success Team to your contact via email. See the instructions below to make that connection.

Successful Referral

We pay Referral Rewards on any referral who ends up purchasing the following offers:

• The Serene Success Program

We can only pay referral rewards on referrals who close and maintain at least 30 days of good standing within the offer they have purchased.

To earn commissions on our lower priced offers like books, courses, and recurring memberships, please ask about our Affiliate Program (coming soon). We offer 100% commission to affiliates promoting those offers.

How to Make the Connection

Send an introduction email to [email protected] AND the email address of the person you are referring to Serene Success. This email connection allows us to record that the initial contact was from you.

The Offers Eligible For Rewards, And The Bonus Rewards Available

The Serene Success Program

This is the perfect offer for any high-achieving professional woman to end burnout and design their dream career.

We call it The Serene Success Program because we help clients trade stress for serenity while experiencing success. They awaken their purpose, heal from career trauma, create boundaries for success, and design their dream careers and lives.

The price for this program increases twice per year.

The Referral Rewards Payout for this program is $300.

The Bonus Rewards

For those high achievers who want to maximize their rewards, we have 3 tiers of bonus payments we pay out in addition to the standard per-sale reward.

Those tiers look like this:

If you make more than 5 successful referrals in a single month, we’ll send you a flat $3,000 bonus.

If you make more than 10 successful referrals in a single month, you’ll receive a flat $7,000 bonus on top of the individual referrals.

More than 20 successful referrals in a single month, and you’ll get a flat $7,000 bonus on top of the individual referrals.

Here’s an example of what you might get paid in referral rewards if you were able to send 10 successful referrals in a single month:

10 referrals became Serene program clients: 10 x $300 = $3000

Total Flat Bonus For 10 Successful Referrals: $7,000

Total Cash Paid To You For 10 Successful Referrals In One Month: $10,000

The main reason to refer your connections to Serene Success is that doing so will benefit dozens and dozens of people all over the world through the charitable contribution your referral allows us to make.

Let me give you just one example to show how impactful even one referral can be:

If you were to refer a friend and that friend becomes a client of ours in any of our offers, we’ll be donating $100 in your name and another $100 in the name of the person you referred. That $200 comes out of our pockets but is done in your name and by your direction.

If you chose to donate your $100 to education for girls we get to provide 56 days of education for girls in the Congo.

If your friend chose to donate their $100 to providing support for entrepreneurs in poverty, we get to provide bookkeeping skills and microloans to women entrepreneurs in Zambia .

If you were both to choose supporting feeding hungry children living in poverty in the Philippines, you’d be able to provide 160 nutritious meals.
